Certified Senior Advisors (CSAs) is a nationally recognized and prestigious designation awarded to a select few. A CSA understands how to build effective relationships with seniors because they have a broad-based knowledge of the health, social and financial issues that are important to seniors, and the dynamics of how these factors work together in seniors’ lives. A CSA focuses on the importance of working with seniors in an ethical manner.

Almost 15 years ago Lloyd G. Carter, along with his brother Scott, founded Premier Senior Placement Services, LLC (now PSPS Inc.). Since his time as a US Army officer Lloyd has focused his career in the Long Term Care Arena for over 25 years. His areas of knowledge and expertise include Hospice, Home Health, Inpatient & Outpatient Therapy Services, and he has owned and operated his own Geriatric Medical Practice. His expansive knowledge in the long term care industry, as well as, his designation as a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), has well equipped him to provide an excellent placement experience for every client. His generous, compassionate, and caring nature is what drives him to go the extra mile for each client who places his or her trust in PSPS to assist in the transition to Long Term Care. As a disabled Veteran himself, Lloyd holds a special place in his heart for his fellow veterans and turns the words "Thank you for your service" into action.

Kaileb A. Wyatt has quickly established himself as an invaluable asset in the Long Term Care Placement community and at PSPS, Inc. His profound passion to help people and his compassionate disposition, coupled with his innate problem-solving skills and tireless energy are rarely witnessed in one at such a young age. In 2017, at the age of 20, Kaileb embarked upon his journey with PSPS as a care coordinator. His dedication, loyalty, and passion to serve humanity quickly earned him the title as a Co-Owner of PSPS. Achieving the designation of Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), he has gone the extra mile to educate himself on the Social, Spiritual, Financial, and Physical needs of the senior population. Under the constant mentor-ship of Lloyd Carter, Kaileb has become an expert at helping seniors and their families deal with the complicated process of transition to Long Term Care. Kaileb's deep love and respect for his late grandfather, a career military man, causes him to go the extra mile for our aging veteran population. Kaileb Wyatt and Lloyd Carter have developed a special bond based on a WIN-WIN philosophy and are making a positive difference in the world every day.
