In 2006, Lloyd Carter embarked on a business venture alongside his brother Scott, driven by the desire to enhance the quality of life for his hospice patients at the time. With a wealth of experience exceeding 25 years in the Geriatric care industry, Lloyd's expertise encompasses various domains, including Hospital, Skilled Nursing, inpatient/outpatient Physical Therapy, Home Health, and Hospice. Additionally, he served as the owner and operator of a Geriatric medical practice.

Lloyd's passion for education led him to pursue studies as an educator, instilling in him a deep appreciation for the importance of educating clients. Furthermore, his prior experience as a US Army officer has equipped him with invaluable leadership skills, enabling him to guide his placement team and, ultimately, his clients towards the best decisions for themselves and their loved ones.
Dane Vanderwerf

Dane, a compassionate and empathetic individual, holds a profound affection for his grandmother and the geriatric community. His unwavering dedication and thirst for knowledge have rapidly propelled him to the forefront of the placement industry. Known for his strong work ethic, Dane excels in navigating complex situations with remarkable proficiency.

Having previously served as a collegiate baseball closing pitcher, Dane embodies traits of focus, meticulousness, and the significance of teamwork. His experience in this field has honed his attention to detail and his ability to work harmoniously with others. In 2020, at the remarkable age of 19, Dane embarked on his journey with Premier Senior Placement Services. Through his relentless determination and commitment, he has achieved the prestigious position of Vice President at PSPS, Inc.

Steven Losinske, has a background in Assisted living sales and marketing. His profound desire to positively enhance the quality of life for seniors has led him to a career in long term care placement. His ability to compassionately and professionally interact with new clients, families and medical professionals is key in his success thus far.
